Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
2 c. spinach, sauteed and chopped
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 c. monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
garlic powder
pepper
red pepper flakes

     Combine and bake in greased dish at 350 degrees until golden and heated through.
